This software, including its original source code, interface designs, educational content, lesson-planning frameworks, AI-powered workflows, observation methodologies, evaluation structures, documentation and associated digital assets, is protected under applicable intellectual property and copyright laws of India.
Unauthorised copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, publication, commercial exploitation or creation of derivative works using protected original materials is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the copyright owner.
Access to or use of this application does not grant any ownership, reproduction, redistribution or commercial exploitation rights.
1. Grant of Limited Commercial SaaS License
Subject to active subscription status and compliance with all applicable terms, Zoef Tech grants to the subscriber a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the hosted software interface for the sole purpose of organizing photography events and delivering photos to event guests.
This grant constitutes a hosted service subscription (Software-as-a-Service) and does NOT constitute a sale, assignment, or transfer of any source code, algorithms, intellectual property, or underlying software assets.
2. Absolute Restrictions Against Reverse Engineering & Redistribution
Under Section 14 and Section 63 of the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and international intellectual property conventions, subscribers and end users agree to the following mandatory covenants:
- No Reverse Engineering: You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, trace, intercept, unpack, or decrypt any portion of the serverless worker scripts, edge API wrappers, or compiled frontend assets.
- No Unauthorized Redistribution: You shall not copy, mirror, clone, rebrand, or redistribute the source code, interface designs, layout schemes, or evaluation frameworks of the software.
- No Commercial Exploitation of Platform Code: You shall not sell, license, lease, rent, or provide access to the software or its API as a service bureau, managed service provider, or white-label solution without a written commercial partnership agreement signed by Zoef Tech.
- No Creation of Derivative Works: You shall not create derivative products, competitive AI face matching engines, or scraping proxies utilizing or copying Zoef Tech original methodologies.
3. Trade Secrets & AI Recognition Frameworks
The specific mathematical embeddings, pipeline configurations (combining YuNet face detection with SFace cosine similarity metric spaces), edge caching algorithms, and multi-tenant isolation architectures developed by Zoef Tech represent proprietary trade secrets. Any unauthorized inspection, memory dumping, or algorithmic extraction will be prosecuted under Indian civil and criminal statutes to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4. Termination of License
The commercial license granted herein terminates automatically upon subscription cancellation, payment default, or any breach of these licensing restrictions. Upon termination, all API access keys, OAuth access tokens, and portal access rights will be immediately revoked.
