This software, including its original source code, interface designs, educational content, lesson-planning frameworks, AI-powered workflows, observation methodologies, evaluation structures, documentation and associated digital assets, is protected under applicable intellectual property and copyright laws of India.
Unauthorised copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, publication, commercial exploitation or creation of derivative works using protected original materials is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the copyright owner.
Access to or use of this application does not grant any ownership, reproduction, redistribution or commercial exploitation rights.
1. Proprietary Ownership of Source Code & Visual Interfaces
Zoef Tech is the sole and exclusive owner of all copyright, title, intellectual property, and proprietary rights in and to the ZoefTech Facial Recognition AI platform, including but not limited to:
- Source Code & Architecture: The entire software codebase, Cloudflare Workers serverless microservices, SQLite/D1 edge database schema designs, cryptographic HMAC verification algorithms, and client-side applications.
- AI & Inference Pipelines: Proprietary workflow orchestrations, vector distance similarity ranking algorithms, ONNX runtime execution harnesses, and real-time biometric ingestion methodologies.
- Visual Interfaces & Design Systems: The visual branding, typography scales, responsive layouts, dashboard mockups, client gallery viewers, and user experience components.
- Educational & Documentation Frameworks: Lesson-planning frameworks, training tutorials, benchmark telemetry logs, and evaluation structures.
2. Strict Prohibitions & Legal Restrictions
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law of the Republic of India and international copyright conventions:
You are expressly and strictly prohibited from:
- Copying, reproducing, duplicating, downloading, scraping, or archiving any source code, interface designs, or documentation without prior explicit written authorization from Zoef Tech.
- Decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, translating, or attempting to reconstruct the algorithmic mechanisms of our AI facial search or Google Drive synchronization engines.
- Creating derivative works, reselling, sublicensing, white-labeling, renting, leasing, or commercially exploiting any component of the software or documentation.
- Bypassing, altering, or removing any proprietary copyright watermarks, notices, license headers, or legal disclaimers.
3. MSME & Udyam Government Registration
Zoef Tech is formally registered as a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) under the Udyam Registration framework of the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India. As a legally recognized enterprise, all intellectual properties and trade assets of Zoef Tech receive full protection under Indian commercial and intellectual property jurisprudence.
