This software, original source code, interface designs, AI workflows, and digital assets are protected under applicable intellectual property and copyright laws of India. Unauthorised copying, reverse engineering, redistribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
1. Permitted Purpose
ZoefTech Facial Recognition AI is built exclusively for professional photography studios, wedding organizers, and corporate event management teams to allow attendees to discover and download their own photographs via voluntary facial search. All usage must comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act) 2023 of India and applicable local data privacy laws.
2. Prohibited Uses of Biometric & Facial Recognition AI
You agree that you will NOT use the ZoefTech platform to:
- Surveillance or Covert Tracking: Undertake unauthorized mass surveillance, non-consensual tracking of individuals, or clandestine identity discovery in public spaces.
- Harassment or Stalking: Locate, monitor, harass, intimidate, or profile any event guest or minor.
- Cross-Population Profiling: Harvest facial vectors, photographs, or contact numbers to train external machine learning models, build cross-studio identity databases, or resell biometric profiles.
- Unlawful Content Ingestion: Upload photographs that are defamatory, obscene, pornographic, non-consensual intimate imagery, or infringing upon third-party intellectual property.
- Automated Scraping & Denial of Service: Deploy automated bots, crawlers, or scrapers to extract photographs or facial vectors from guest galleries, or execute high-volume API requests that strain edge infrastructure.
3. Cloudflare & Google Drive API Fair Use
ZoefTech integrates with Google Drive via the drive.readonly scope. Subscribers must ensure that connected Google accounts only link photography folders owned or commissioned by the studio. Abuse of Google Drive media stream bandwidth or attempting to utilize ZoefTech as an unauthorized file hosting proxy is grounds for immediate credential revocation and account termination.
4. Immediate Takedown & Enforcement
Zoef Tech reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently delete any event, studio account, or gallery that violates this Acceptable Use Policy. Event guests retain the statutory right under DPDP Act 2023 to request immediate deletion of their photographs and facial embeddings.
